Meng Yunhan heard the voices outside and quickly came out from inside the house. She also found some dried mushrooms and black fungus from last year and packed them into a small bag.

“Uncle, we won’t see you out.”

“They said he might wake up in a month, or a year, or never. Ahao had the accident on the day Hanhan was giving birth.”

They remembered that day. They heard from their father that the third sister-in-law had a premature birth because she dreamt of the third brother covered in blood. When Hanhan gave birth, their father immediately went to the town to call the third brother.

Could such a mysterious thing really happen?
